Here’s a chart of Emerge Energy Services (EMES) which was setting up in a reversal chart pattern. My tip off on this stock was that it and a number of other leaders in the oil and gas field were all starting to set up. Often, leaders in the same industry group or sector seem to set up and take off around the same time.
Emerge Energy has energy service assets in the United States and operates in two segments, sand and fuel. The sand segment is involved in the production and sale of various grades of industrial sand primarily used in the extraction of oil and natural gas, as well as the production of building products.
Seeing the multiple set ups I featured Emerge Energy Services in my August 20th subscriber update with a buy point of $120.98. Two days later it edged above its buy point in big volume– a sure sign that the move was for real.
As you can see, just six days later, the stock had made a 19% move.
I welcome your comments.
